Terms of Use
By using Situf you agree to these terms. They are short, so please read them.

The service
Situf lets you publish a short post with an optional image and share it by link, and shows an anonymous map of how far it travels. The service is free, supported by advertising, and provided as is.
Your posts
- You keep ownership of what you post.
- By posting, you allow Situf to store, display and distribute your post to anyone who has its link, and to show it in link previews, for as long as the post exists.
- You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it, including any image.
- Anyone with the link can view your post and pass it on. Do not post anything you want to keep private.
What is not allowed
- Illegal content, or content that encourages illegal acts.
- Sexual content, and anything that sexualizes minors.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that targets a private person.
- Personal information about others, such as addresses, phone numbers or ID documents.
- Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or misleading links.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Attempts to manipulate journey counts, overload the service, or get around its limits.
Moderation
Any post can be reported with the Report button on its page. We may remove a post, at our discretion and without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or the law.
Deleting a post
When you publish, you receive a private management link. It is the only way to delete your post yourself, so keep it safe. We cannot recover a lost management link, but you can contact us with the post's link if you need it removed.
Location and counts
Locations are approximate and counts describe anonymous browsers, not verified people. A cleared browser or a second device counts again, and a shared device counts once. Treat the numbers as an estimate.
Advertising
Situf shows ads, including ads from Google. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.
No warranty and limited liability
Situf is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted or error free, or that posts will be kept. To the extent the law allows, M&O Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Situf means you accept the updated terms.
